If you're not seeing your Scene+ points applied after a credit or travel redemption, there are a few quick things you can check first. Start by reviewing your email address on file with Scene+. Any failed or incomplete redemption requests are usually flagged in an email notification, so be sure to check your inbox and spam folder.
Timing can also play a role.
Points for Credit and travel redemptions don't appear instantly.
Credit redemptions can take between five and seven business days to show on your statement or bank debit, so it’s important to allow up to seven business days for the order to fully process.
Review all card statements linked to your Scene+ account.
Depending on the card type, redemptions may appear under different descriptions:
On Visa cards, the redemption usually shows as “Credit Voucher/Return”
On debit cards, redemptions may appear as “Branch Transfer”
If you've checked your email, allowed enough time for processing, and reviewed all linked card statements but still can’t locate the redemption, contact Scene+ Member Services at 1‑866‑586‑2805.
