If your Scene+ points haven’t posted yet, there are a few quick things you can check before contacting us.
Step 1: Review your point history
Start by reviewing your point history in your Scene+ account to see if the points are still pending or already posted. You can find this by checking your account activity.
Step 2: Confirm that the deal was eligible
Next, confirm that the deal was eligible.
Only Prime Non-Subvented Retail Loans qualify for Scene+ points.
Leases and Near Prime loans are not eligible to earn points.
Step 3: Consider timing
It’s also important to consider timing:
Funding usually takes about five days, and once funding is complete,
Points typically post within 48 hours. Delays may occur around holidays.
Step 4: Double-check your Scene+ membership number
Finally, double-check that your Scene+ membership number was entered correctly in the portal.
Make sure the full 16-digit number was entered with no spaces.
If the number was entered incorrectly, it can usually be edited within 30 days after funding.
