If you forgot to scan or swipe your Scene+ card during your purchase, you can submit a missing points request through Scene+ Member Services within 45 days of the transaction. Be sure to keep your receipt, as it’s required to review and resolve the issue.
What if my points don’t show up?
If your Scene+ points haven’t appeared within 48 hours after an eligible purchase, you can contact Scene+ Member Services at 1-866-586-2805 or start a chat with Member Services for support. Keep your receipt handy, as it’s needed to help investigate and fix missing points issues.
