No problem. Resetting your Scene+ password is quick and easy.
Step 1: Open the Scene+ app or head to sceneplus.ca.
Step 2: Click Sign In.
Step 3: Enter your Scene+ card number on the login screen, or email address, then click Continue.
Step 4: If the password entry screen is displayed, click Forgot password?
Step 5: If prompted to reset your password, your Scene+ Card Number or email address will be pre-populated — select Continue.
Step 6: Check your inbox for a password reset email and click the link provided.
Please note: If you are using Gmail, please check Junk or Promotions for the password reset email link.
Step 7: You'll receive an SMS with a verification code — enter it and click Continue.
If you would prefer to receive the verification code via phone call, click Get a call, input the received code, and click Continue.
Step 8: Create and confirm your new password, then click Reset Password.
Keep in mind:
For the security of your account, Scene+ passwords cannot contain personal information such as your first or last name, nickname, phone number, or parts of your email.
Your password must contain:
At least 8 characters.
At least 3 of the following:
Lower case letters (a‑z)
Upper case letters (A‑Z)
Numbers (0‑9)
Special characters (e.g. !@#$%^&*)
You're all set! Use your new password to log in.
