How do I link or unlink my Scene+ and Home Hardware accounts?

Linking your Scene+ card to your Home Hardware online account makes it easier to earn and use Scene+ points when you shop for home products and services at home hardware.ca. Just follow these steps.

Link your Scene+ card

Step 1: Sign in at www.homehardware.ca. 

Step 2: Go to My Account. 

Step 3: Select Loyalty Account. 

Step 4: Add your Scene+ number to your profile. 

Step 5: Click Submit Card Details, then check your email. 

Step 6: Enter the 6‑digit verification code and submit. 

Once these steps are complete, your Scene+ card is linked to your Home Hardware account and ready to use for eligible purchases online.

Remove your Scene+ card

If you no longer want your Scene+ card linked to your Home Hardware account, you can remove it at any time. Follow these steps.

Step 1: Sign in at www.homehardware.ca.

Step 2: Go to My Account. 

Step 3: Select Loyalty Account. 

Step 4: Click Remove this card from your account. 

Step 5: Confirm you’d like to proceed. 

Your Scene+ card will then be removed from your Home Hardware account and points will no longer be applied automatically to online purchases.
