Digital gift cards bought with Scene+ points
Digital gift cards usually take up to 48 hours to process. Once processing is complete, your gift card is delivered to you by email.
You can also view and access your digital gift card anytime by signing in to your Scene+ account and going to Your Orders on sceneplus.ca.
Physical gift cards bought with Scene+ points
Physical gift cards take a bit longer. Processing typically takes seven to ten days, after which the card is shipped by mail.
Delivery can take an additional four to six weeks, depending on your location.
If you haven't received your digital or physical gift card after the expected timeframe, contact Scene+ Member Services at 1‑866‑586‑2805 for help.
Why does my order say “Pending” or “In Progress”?
This status is normal while your gift card order is being processed.
Digital gift cards: may remain “In Progress” for up to 48 hours
Physical gift cards: may take up to 10 days to process
Once processing is complete, the order status will change to Shipped.
If your order is still showing as pending or in progress after the expected processing time, call 1‑866‑586‑2805 so we can look into it for you.
What if I redeemed a gift card to the wrong email address?
If you redeemed a digital gift card to the wrong email address:
Sign in to your Scene+ account
Go to More → My Orders
From there, you can view and redeem your digital gift card
If you're still unable to access it, contact Scene+ Member Services at 1‑866‑586‑2805.
Once your details are updated, we can resend the gift card.
What if I redeemed a gift card to the wrong mailing address?
You can review and update your mailing address during checkout before confirming your order.
Once a physical gift card order is confirmed, it can’t be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
To avoid delivery issues, make sure your account information is up to date before redeeming points.
You can update your details in your Scene+ account or contact Member Services at 1‑866‑586‑2805 for assistance.

Can I cancel my gift card order?
You can review and change your gift card order before checkout is complete.
Once the order is confirmed, it can't be reversed, cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Be sure to review the gift card issuer’s terms and conditions before redeeming your Scene+ points.
What if my gift card shows the wrong amount or no balance?
If your gift card didn't arrive, shows an incorrect balance, or appears to have no funds, contact Scene+ Member Services at 1‑866‑586‑2805.
A support agent can review the issue and help get it resolved.
