How do I update the personal information on my Scene+ account?

You can update your important personal details anytime using either the Scene+ Mobile App or the Sceneplus.ca website.

We've made it easy:

Step 1: Sign in to your Scene+ account on the app or website.

Step 2: Go to your Profile.

• On the app: Tap Account at the bottom right, then select Profile.

• On the website: Click your name at the top right, then choose Profile from the dropdown.

Step 3: Update your details.

From your profile, you can update your email, gender, mailing address, and phone number.

If you've lost access to the phone number or email address on your account, don't worry, we can help.
