Somehow ended up with more than one Scene+ account? It happens. We can help!
If you have two Scene+ accounts under your name, you can contact Scene+ Member Services by chat or call us at 1‑866‑586‑2805 to request a merge.
A few important things to know:
We'll need you to verify both accounts before we can merge them.
Once merged, this change can't be undone.
If both accounts are linked to Scotiabank products, please reach out to Scotiabank directly.
We can only merge accounts that belong to the same person — not two different members.
Sharing your account:
Scene+ accounts are meant for individual use to keep your information and points safe. We strongly recommend that each person has their own Scene+ account.
If you still want to share access with a friend or family member, you can request a second physical Scene+ Card or share a digital copy of your Scene+ card.
Please note:
Both cards will have the same card number and show the original account holder’s name.
The account holder (that's you!) is responsible for all activity on the account.
If your Scene+ card is lost or stolen, please report it to us ASAP and request a replacement card with a new number.
