How do I merge or share my Scene+ account?

Somehow ended up with more than one Scene+ account? It happens. We can help!

If you have two Scene+ accounts under your name, you can contact Scene+ Member Services by chat or call us at 1‑866‑586‑2805 to request a merge.


A few important things to know:

  • We'll need you to verify both accounts before we can merge them.

  • Once merged, this change can't be undone.

  • If both accounts are linked to Scotiabank products, please reach out to Scotiabank directly.

  • We can only merge accounts that belong to the same person — not two different members.


Sharing your account:

Scene+ accounts are meant for individual use to keep your information and points safe. We strongly recommend that each person has their own Scene+ account.

If you still want to share access with a friend or family member, you can request a second physical Scene+ Card or share a digital copy of your Scene+ card.


Please note:

  • Both cards will have the same card number and show the original account holder’s name.

  • The account holder (that's you!) is responsible for all activity on the account.

  • If your Scene+ card is lost or stolen, please report it to us ASAP and request a replacement card with a new number.
