We've got you covered. If your Scene+ card — or a secondary cardholder Scene+ card — has been lost or stolen, call us right away at 1‑866‑586‑2805.
It's important to call us ASAP. If someone finds your card, they could potentially use it to redeem points. Once you contact us, we’ll take care of it by:
1: Cancelling the lost card immediately to prevent unauthorized use.
2: Issuing a new Scene+ card with a new account number for your security.
Don’t worry, your account details and any earned points will automatically transfer to your new card.
Please call us, even if:
Only your card is missing, and your friend or family member still has theirs.
Only your friend or family member lost their card, and you still have yours.
You lost your physical card but still have a digital copy.
If you notice or receive an email about redemptions you didn't make, mention it during your call so we can look into it right away. We’ll also proactively check for any suspicious activity when you contact us.
