I have unrecognized redemptions or activity on my Scene+ account, what should I do?

If you’ve received an email or noticed points activity you don’t recognize, please contact Scene+ right away at 1‑866‑586‑2805 so we can help protect your account.

For security reasons, we’re unable to fully resolve these issues by email or chat. If you're unable to call immediately, start a chat so we can secure your account and guide you on next steps.


What happens next?

We will help you secure your account and start an investigation. While timelines can vary, most investigations are completed within 24 hours to 2 weeks.


Important to know

  • Points discrepancies must be reported within 45 days (as per our Terms and Conditions).

  • If you are reporting a discrepancy over 45 days after the transaction date, please call us so we can secure your account.

  • For unauthorized Scotiabank credit card transactions, please call 1‑800‑472‑6842.
