How do I stop or unsubscribe from Scene+ emails or texts?

We respect your preferences. While we'll always send important messages about your account and security, you’re in full control of promotional emails and texts.

Here’s how to unsubscribe from Scene+ promotional messages:

Step 1: Sign in to the Scene+ App.

Step 2: Tap Account at the bottom of your screen, then select Settings.

Step 3: Choose Email Preferences or Text Messages.

Step 4: Use the toggle to turn promotional communications on or off.

For emails, you can even pick the types of offers you’d like to receive.

Your changes save automatically, no extra steps required.

Once updated, you'll only hear from us in the ways you choose, so your Scene+ experience stays just the way you want it.
