If you're missing Scene+ messages, your phone’s spam or filtering settings may be blocking them. A few quick updates can help make sure nothing important gets filtered out and that Scene+ communications remain whitelisted.
Check your call spam settings
iPhone (iOS):
- Step 1: Navigate to Settings.
- Step 2: Select Apps.
- Step 3: Locate and open the Phone App.
- Step 4: Turn off Silence Unknown Callers.
Android:
- Step 1: Open the Phone App.
- Step 2: Tap the three vertical dots at the top right.
- Step 3: Select Settings.
- Step 4: Turn off Caller ID and Spam Protection.
Call whitelisting (Android and iPhone)
- Step 1: Open the Phone App.
- Step 2: Locate the missed call from Scene+.
- Step 3: Add the number to Contacts.
Text whitelisting
Messages App (Android):
- Step 1: Open the Messages App.
- Step 2: Tap the three vertical dots in the upper right corner to open the menu.
- Step 3: Select Spam & Blocked or Spam.
- Step 4: Locate (but do not open) the text from Scene+.
- Step 5: Long-press and hold until options appear.
- Step 6: Tap Not Spam or Remove from Spam.
iPhone Messages (iOS):
- Step 1: Navigate to Settings.
- Step 2: Select Apps.
- Step 3: Locate and open the Messages App.
- Step 4: Turn off Filter Unknown Senders
Once these settings are updated, you should start receiving Scene+ calls and texts as expected—so you don't miss out on important updates or offers.
