Why are my Scene+ points not showing up on my account?

Sometimes points take a little time to appear, depending on the partner and the type of purchase. Most points are added within 48 hours, but some (like travel, banking, or promotional offers) can take a bit longer.


Before reaching out, here are a few things to double-check:

  • Your transaction date (it may still be within the posting window).

  • The partner’s points process for that specific purchase.

  • That you used your Scene+ membership number at the time of purchase (if applicable).


If it’s past the expected timeframe, you can submit a Missing Points request by contacting us at 1‑866‑586‑2805 or connecting with Scene+ Member Services by chat.

Be ready to provide details like transaction date, partner name, and receipt or booking confirmation.


Once submitted, requests are usually reviewed within 3–4 business days. You'll receive an update by email.


Not all purchases qualify for points.
Check the Terms & Conditions for exclusions (such as taxes, fees, gift cards at certain partners).
