Forgot your password?
Step 1: Click Sign In on the Scene+ app or on sceneplus.ca.
Step 2: Enter your Scene+ card number or email address, then click Continue.
Step 3: Click Forgot Password.
Step 4: Confirm your card number or email, then click Continue.
Step 5: Check your inbox for the reset email, click the link, and enter the SMS code (or choose Get a call).
Step 6: Create and confirm your new password, then click Reset Password.
Please note: If you are using Gmail, please check Junk or Promotions for the password reset email link.
Not receiving the MFA code?
Your phone number may be outdated, or the text might have been sent to a landline.
Please contact Scene+ Member Services at 1‑866‑586‑2805 to update your number or select Get a call.
Can't reset your password?
If the email address or phone number on your account is no longer accessible, you’ll need to contact Scene+ Member Services at 1‑866‑586‑2805 to update your details.
Stuck on loading after entering the MFA code?
The code may have been entered incorrectly.
Wait five minutes, request a new one, and make sure you enter the six digits exactly as received.
Possible spam blocking
Your mobile provider may be blocking Scene+ texts or calls.
Follow the whitelisting steps to make sure messages come through.
Tech error?
There may be a temporary issue with your device, provider, or internet connection.
Check your settings and connection, then try again.
