In some cases, Scene+ accounts are closed due to inactivity, as outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Here’s what you need to know:
Registered accounts close after 24 months of inactivity.
Unregistered accounts close after 6 months of inactivity.
Once an account is closed, you won't be able to earn or redeem Scene+ points on that account, and any previously earned points are forfeited.
So what's next?
You're welcome to open a new Scene+ account to start earning and redeeming points again.
