Option 1: Do it yourself via self‑serve
Step 1: Sign in to your Scene+ account on the Scene+ app and click on More.
Step 2: Go to Account → Profile → Delete Account.
Step 3: Review the conditions, then click Review and Submit.
Once submitted, Scene+ Member Services will process your request or contact you by email if they need more details. Please note, this option is not available on the Scene+ website.
Option 2: Contact us directly
Contact Scene+ Member Services for support by phone at 1‑866‑586‑2806.
Be ready to confirm your name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number.
For security reasons, we are unable to process these requests by email or chat.
Important note:
Active Scotiabank-linked accounts cannot be closed without first closing the card. Please contact 1‑800‑472‑6842.
