Option 1: Do it yourself via self‑serve
Step 1: Sign in to your Scene+ account.
Web: Click the three lines in the top corner.
App: Look at the bottom menu.
Step 2: Go to Account → Profile → Delete Account.
Step 3: Review the conditions, then click Review and Submit.
Once submitted, Scene+ Member Services will process your request or contact you by email if they need more details.
Option 2: Contact us directly
Contact Scene+ Member Services for support by phone at 1‑866‑586‑2806.
Be ready to confirm your name, date of birth, address, email, and phone number.
Important note:
Active Scotiabank-linked accounts cannot be closed without first closing the card. Please contact 1‑800‑472‑6842.
