I need help with a Scene+ Travel issue

How do I access Scene+ Travel?

Step 1: Go to www.sceneplus.ca
Step 2: Navigate to Rewards → Travel → Scene+ Travel
Step 3: Click Book Scene+ Travel Now
Step 4: Sign in to your Scene+ account when prompted. 


How do I book a trip?

You can book a trip either by using the self-service booking experience through Scene+ Travel or by getting assistance from Scene+ Travel Customer Service if you need help along the way.


How do I book a trip on my own with Scene+ Travel?

Start by logging in to Scene+ Travel. Once you're signed in, choose the type of booking you're looking for, such as:

  • A flight

  • A hotel

  • A car rental

  • A Things to Do experience

Enter the number of travellers, your destination, and your travel dates, then select Search to view available options.

Use the sort and filter tools to narrow down results based on your preferences. When you find an option you like:

Step 1: Select Reserve

Step 2: Enter the required traveller details

Step 3: Review traveller information, cancellation policy, and important booking details

Step 4: Add insurance if available

Step 5: Choose how you want to pay — Scene+ points, a payment card, or a combination of both

Step 6: elect Complete Booking to finalize


When will my Scene+ points appear in my account?

Scene+ points earned through Scene+ Travel are added to your account within six weeks after you've completed your travel itinerary.


How do I find my booked trip?

After completing your booking, you'll receive a confirmation email that includes your itinerary number.

You can also view your booking anytime by signing in to your Scene+ account and navigating to Your Orders.
